To request a session, please send an email with the following information to studio@rogeroney.com

  1. Name
  2. Best contact information (phone, text, email?)
  3. Preferred location for session: in person at the studio, remote session, or other
  4. Up to 3 preferred dates and times for the session.

Feel free to include any other relevant information. I am usually able to follow up within 24 hours.

Energy Balancing Sessions are scheduled in one hour blocks of time. Session fee is currently $95.

After a session is scheduled, an invoice is sent via email, usually within 1 business day. To reserve session time, payment in full is requested 24 hours prior to session start time. Happy to discuss alternatives when needed. See below for cancellation policy.

Coaching and Grief Recovery Method services are priced and invoiced differently. Please contact me directly for more information.

What forms of payment are accepted?

After we schedule a time for the session, I’ll send an invoice for the session fee, which is payable online using most major credit cards. In order to reserve the session slot, payment prior to session is preferred.

Other forms of payment:

  • You may contact me directly to discuss alternatives, including PayPal, cash, check, or even service swapping or bartering arrangements.
Cancellation and refund policy

Full refunds are provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of session. Email, text, and voice mail are acceptable means of canceling an scheduled appointment.

For no shows or late cancellations, a refund will be provided that is the equivalent of the session fee less a booking fee of $25.
